I was in a missile boat, targeting an uncap without provocation. At the time, I was unclear on the return-fire rules and thought that I was allowed to target uncaps with weapons such as missile launchers. I now know better and I am sorry. I really like playing in the EA117 DC server and will absolutely adhere to the rules if allowed back in.
