Ok, ive been tryin to finally play bf3 for the 1st time and everytime I goto multiplayer it says update or install the game. and ive been tryin to download the fkn game and its taking forever. does anybody know why it takes so long or is there a solution to make it faster?

Did you buy a retail copy of the game? or digital version?

I bought it from walmart, and apparently I have to update this mofo everytime I wanna play

well there has been alot of updates sent out over time. they also do alot of battlelog updates too.
the last DLC is coming out very soon. they are prolly prepping everything.

shouldn't have to update every time you wanna play. Ill look into that see if any other ppl have that issue.

when your in battle log dang look at the top right and check the plugin has actually done its update. it will show a blue arrow if not.. sometimes this causes this issue your having.. and like trevor said there have been a few big updates mine took 2.5 hours 2 days ago which sucked but hey at least i can play the new maps on the 12th... good luck bro and be patient,,,


! more thing log out of battle log and origin then log back in sometimes you have to do this for the updates to work... other than that check the forums in battlelog..

Yeah after installing the game..i wanna say atleast 15+ gigs in updates and dlc. So much LOL

yeh at least 15 gigs grrrr
