Anyone else get an invitation for the Alpha testing of BF4 starting tomorrow?


I got this email earlier today.




Hello,

As a highly dedicated Battlefield player, we're enlisting you to join the Battlefield 4 Alpha Trial. The purpose of this trial is to perform a number of server-related tests in preparation for game launch, plus to garner your feedback on the new game.

The Alpha Trial version of the game will be available to download in your Origin "My Games library" on June 17. The trial will run for two weeks, with the game available for testing between 18:00 - 00:00 CET (09:00 - 15:00 PDT) each day.

You have been specifically selected for this trial because of your experience with the Battlefield series, and because you have opted-in to receive all Battlefield communications.

Please note that this is a highly tech-focused, white-boxed Alpha Trial that does not represent final quality of the game. Most of the level textures will be white (except Soldiers and Vehicles), and performance at this early stage of development will be potentially choppy, with possible issues such as server lag and downtime.

If you choose to join this trial, you must agree to not publicly post information, images or videos from the game, or your impressions of the game itself. We have set up a closed Alpha Trial forum specifically for this purpose - see below for details.

But got it this morn, downloadin now ...

I'd complain about not getting an invitation but I don't have a way to play so... O.o

Have to admit I like the look and lay out.. my problem this morning was that my gun would not fire hahaha stupid glitch overall it looks great so far and the panning kill cam is great.. love it ..

You need to have over 2000 hours into bf3 in order to get an invite, oh wait i didnt get one either........

WoW ... has heap's glitches, but wen ya get threw that it's fun ...
Will be alot better wen you get a full view, with textures an shading ...

Glen i agree when they have there textures in its goona look awesome.. love the way grens explode and stuff like that.. looking to be great ..

Well the sound effects are much more realistic, alot better than expected ...
Weapon choice has some change's that are great also, without sayin too much ...
Still alot of fun tho, just gettin used to how stuff operates, an will improve as you get unlock's ...

The kill cam has improved also with like a video of other team mates, an were they are an doin, so not to drop into a major fire fight ...

One thing i hate the most in battlefield...killcam. Noobs know where you are at when you kill them so they come back after you...its a mission from god that they have to get revenge. but hey increases my K/D

How did I not get one, I have only logged like 1k hours in every single battlefield game made.
