I'm getting the CatPantsian NTSB involved in an investigation since this is a highway incident. Since this was a minority that was struck, I've directed the Attorney General equivalent (me) to start an investigation and utilize all the resources at Department of Justice to get to the bottom of the motive.
Just like in real life, WE GONNA INVESTIGATE OURSELVES BITCHES.
