EA 117 Gaming Community

So tonight I try and load up the game to relieve some of todays stress and low and behold I cannot connect. I'm running an old AMD with windows XP. All goes well until I click on "internet" to load servers. It then locks up everything and I have to alt tab delete to go to task manager and close out Battlefield. When I click on "internet" my mouse immediately along with all else locks up. However if I move the mouse over to the right side of the page the mouse will appear within a given "box" of the screen but still not function other than just moving. Any one have any ideas or should I proceed with another full install...yuk.

you are now using a host file edit that just redirect master.gamespy.com to a ip

the ax master server has problems on the old ip

dont know when ssk will fix the ip problems
but if want it fix now
you have to install this patch this will fix the problem
your bf1942.exe will no longer use gamespy.com but bf1942.sk as master server list
