Crime: Exploit/Glitching

Today this player was sitting inside the factory building in Lost Village CTF.
They were parked shooting at attackers. 5pm ish pacific time.

I understand being bad at the game, as my ground game is atrocious, but damn dude...

Thank you Mr. FallinRaven. They haven't been with the server for that long yet, so we'll ensure they are clear on the rules at the next opportunity.

I don't remember the date but most likely it was Thursday evening 4/21, while running that same map, I was on Blue with Noj and saw him in the factory with the DPV as I was running by. I stopped and he came out of the building.
I didn't say anything at the time because I thought he possibly was positioning the DPV and it slipped into the building as he backed up and was coming out.
Nonetheless, I did witness this. I'll be sure to advise him when I see him next time.
