After a vexingly difficult year, I am nonetheless thankful for many blessings this holiday, including our wonderful server and gaming community here, family, supportive friends, and interesting problems to work on. One of these years I'll figure out this "health" thing too.

Indeed, it's too easy to lose sight of the many securities and people we actually have, and too often take for granted.

Including pretty far down on the list -- but still a great gift nonetheless -- being able to come here and spend some Desert Combat time with everyone.
